Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 banned, yet again. The battle has gone on for Apple as it has requested the banning of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 on the Australian market due to patent infringement on touch-screen technology. The case which was filed Down Under has created some action there recently. Just last week, Apple didn’t want to be involved with Samsung’s attempt to settle the lawsuit. According to the source, Australia has granted Apple the order, banning the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the Aussie market. This means, Samsung Galaxy Tab 10. 1 will not be available legally, unless of course the company can convince the court that the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 does not violate infringement of patents on Apple’s products. Samsung’s range of mobiles and tablets play a major threat to Apple, but as for now Apple topples Samsung down under.
