The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is selling like hot cakes… and seems like Samsung prepared themselves for a huge demand better than Apple with it’s iPad 2 or Asus with the Eee Pad Transformer (400,000 units shipped) which both are selling very good.
Company’s like Motorola with it’s Xoom, Blackberry’s Playbook, Dell with it’s Streak, Acer’s Iconia Tab or HTC’s Flyer and more, all felt a little breeze with a decent amount of units sold but did not to come up to expectations or anywhere close to the ringleader Apple with it’s iPad’s. The iPad2 sold in first month, march alone about 2,6 million units- read more on here). Samsung is trying to make ground here and it’s not looking too bad. The demand is there, but we’ll have to wait and see how the actual numbers turn out…
UPDATE: Samsung announced that the release date for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 in the UK is on August 4th 2011.
