The Toshiba tablet has landed, and will hit the streets in June. The device’s full name is Toshiba Regza Tablet AT300 and it is expected to be ideal competition for the Motorola Xoom. The talented techs from Toshiba have answered three important questions: name, price and release. 1. The name: Regza, 2. Price: Around 60,000 JPY ($733.32) 3. Release date: June 2011. This is according to a report on AkihabaraNews. Toshiba Japan also posted a Regza AT300 web-page, available here in a version that is at least partially translated into English.

There were no details about availability outside of Japan, but a report from Engadget revealed a U.S. trademark application for a Toshiba tablet computer under the name “Thrive.” The story says the tablet had previously been tipped under the names Antares.
