ViewSonic has been leading the way for technology innovation, and now the reports have it that the company is about to reveal its new ViewPad 10e in the UK and Netherlands market. Though there are only a few details on what’s inside of ViewPad 10e, an advertisement showed a sneak preview of what the Taiwanese company has planned to the new tablet. View Sonic has released their tablets this year like ViewPad 7x, 7e, and 10-pro with remarkable prices, and once again, they are planning to design the new ViewPad 10e with 9.7-inch single core Android 2.3 Gingerbread 10E. The previous models have been design in 7 and 10-inches integrated either in Gingerbread and Windows 7 inside Android. Reports claim ViewPad 10e is the first tablet of ViewsSonic to boast on its sleek 9.1 mm thinness on 9.7-inch in Android platform. With so many tablets out there in the market right now, can the ViewPad 10e compete with other devices? Definitely, a lower price would boost this tablet if that’s the case.
View Pad 10e is a prototype of the previous model, ViewPad 10. So what are the specifications of the new ViewPad 10e? This Android tablet has a single-core 1 GHz Cortes A8 processor integrated with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The ViewPad 10e has 9.7-inch display in IPS LCD at 1024 x 768 resolution, and it weighs 620 grams. Packed with an internal storage of 4GB, DDR3 memory at 512 MB, plus a microSD card slot that can accommodate an additional 32 GB. The ViewPad 10e has no 3G, so its only available in Wi-Fi.
Other specifications include the 5400 mAh battery, and Bluetooth 3.0. The ViewPad has many connections, including mini HDMI 720 output for HDTV, a micro USB connector, card slot and DC for power charging, and according to ViewSonic, the battery life has 200 hours in standby. The price of ViewPAd 10e is not available yet, but with the previews and reports from ViewSonic, this tablet will come out soon in Europe, and possible release to North America as well.
