The Lenovo IdeaPad K1 Tablet has been officially released back on July 19th. Fellas from Lenovo put up this nice unboxing video showing you the slate in detail. Lenovo’s first Android Tablet IdeaPad K1 is on sale right now if you’re planning on getting one. It comes in with some pretty nice specs but nohting we haven’t seen. It runs Android 3.1 Honeycomb (update to 3.2 should be coming soon) is powered by 1 Ghz dual-core NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor with 1GB RAM, with either 16GB, 32GB or 64GB storage. There are two cameras built in the rear camera with 5 MP and an upgraded 2 MP camera on front for video chat, stereo speakers. The 10.1″ display has a resolution of 1280×800. The screen colors are brilliant and might be a lot better than on most slates out.
Highlights of the device are the rubbery background which is soft instead of hard aluminum or plastic. At the bottom you will find the 30 pin dock connector as well as a sync/charging port. Also at the bottom you’ll find the 3.5mm headphone jack and a micro HDMI-out. We like the micro HDMI-out compared to the mini HDMI-out on the ASUS Transformer.

No button or ports on the right side of the device. On the left side of the device you will find a Micro SD slot, a neat switch to lock screen rotation, also volume up/down buttons, the microphone, as well as the power and wake button is located on the left side of the tab.
