Toshiba’s Thrive seems to have some problems with it’s waken up from sleep mode. We hear about more and more people reporting about the same problem. Also Engadget’s test unit had suffered from the same issue. The Toshiba Thrive has been shipped out to consumers over the past weeks. It is yet hard to say, if this can be fixed with via a future firmware update, but we’re all hoping…
Solving this problem requires a hard reboot. Some report their tab turns itself on, without any command. A reason more to appreciate the removable battery.
