UPDATE: Unfortunately the Vizio Tablet will not like expected, ship with Honeycomb 3.x but rather with Android 2.3 Gingerbread. The company said it thinks Android 3.x is not stable yet, so it went for Gingerbread 2.3 with VTAB1008.

On the look out for a cheap honeycomb tablet? We’ve got a nice deal here from Amazon, where you can pre-order the new Vizio Honeycomb tablet for $350, which is a very reasonable price for such an appealing slate. The device will be shipping July 18th. Vizio itself sell it’s product for $399.99. They do give you a extra 16GB microSD card and a folio case that protects the device and props it up on the tablet. The Vizio Tablet comes with a 8 inch display supporting 1024 x 768 pixel resolution with a capacitive screen.
