Looking for the HP Touchpad hasn’t the easiest task to do. Staples, BestBuy and Amazon.com have put up product pages, but pre-orders aren’t available yet. Until recently we’ve only been able to read all about the benefits of the webOS, people working on more than one thing at a time, you know multi-tasking.  No other tablet lets you organize activities by stacking related apps—or automatically stacks them together for you. Reading about the benefits of the HP TouchPad can soon be put to test.

A leak, thanks to pre|central.net, has revealed one stop, possible the first planned for the HP TouchPad. Attention Wal-Mart shoppers the HP TouchPad is expected to launch next month in June for $599. According to an internal product calendar from Staples pricing was listed between $499 and $599 which is right in line with Wal-Mart. Since the Wal-Mart info has leaked for the $599 price, we’ll be shopping a few retailers to assure getting you the best deal ;).

Thanks to the sneak leak from an unknown source, $599 for 32GB / WiFi,  as early as the 1st of June will be tangible. HP is currently the world’s 11th most valuable brand, which means retailers will jump on the chance to provide us with an HP product. The iPad2 undoubtedly is in the cross-hairs of Hewlett-Packard, the HP TouchPad is the same size for the same price, and nearly the same design. Unlike the iPad2, HP offers two different sizes of the TouchPad, expect the  7-inch TouchPad in September, according to Staples. Check out the specs below:
