QVC Refunding $110 Plus Price Match

There is something to be said for great customer service. QVC is one company that offers it better than most. For example many retailers offer to match prices but it usually takes a customers time and effort to get their money back. They will contact you directly about your refund and have cut an additional $10 off of HP’s prices. For those of you who purchased a QVC before the recent $100 price drop be looking in your inbox for a $110 refund.

A copy of the discount letter is below:

Dear Valued Customer:

I’m writing with good news about your HP Touchpad 32GB Wi-fi Touchstone Dock &Case item E1677, which you purchased for $659.00. The price is being reduced to $549.00, and we’re passing the savings on to you! A refund in the amount of $110.00 has been issued to your original method of payment for every HP TouchPad you purchased. For your convenience you can always view the status of all your orders and returns by visiting QVC.com.
