Okay the title of this game seems simple, Doodle Jump, a doodle is an unfocused drawing made while a person’s attention is otherwise occupied, this game could serve the same purpose. Doodle Jump for iPad is a great app to have when you’re killing time or looking to enjoy a fun and easy-to-learn game. Doodle Jump has a very high rating in the itunes store at 4+ and its fairly inexpensive at only $2.99. The game was originally on the iPhone and now its made its way to the iPad. Recently updated, the full version offers more than the free version. The object of the game is as simple as the title itself, stay alive and keep moving. You move by jumping, an automatic feature which never stops, from platform to platform in an upwards direction, and to move left or right just tilt your iPad left or right. Along the path you can shoot creatures that block your path by just touching the screen in that direction, jump extra high using springs, fly and more.
Created by Lima Sky, Doodle Jump has emerged from the App Store as a very popular game to get. At a friends house just the other day their son asked if I had the game on my iPad, which I didn’t. After getting only the free version to make a 12 year old smile, I admit I’ve quickly become addicted myself and have recently bought the full version, which offers many different and cool levels to jump through.
