We’ve talked a lot about the Sony Tablet S and P because their release is right around the corner, September 16th. In Berlin both tablets were on display, and we’ve captured videos of the Sony Tablet S and Sony Tablet P the new names of the only PlayStation certified tablets on the market. Another feature of the Sony S is the fact that it’s specially designed to ergonomically fit your hand, making it feel lighter and more comfortable while reading a book, or watching a video. Some of the key specs are an Android Honeycomb (3.1) operating system, dual-core 1 GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2, 16GB/32GB, and a Micro USB port. Users get a lot of freebies with the Sony Entertainment Pack including a free 6-month basic membership to Music Unlimited, free movie downloads from Video Unlimited, and it’s the only Android Tablet with free full-length Movies and TV Shows from Crackle (through November 15, 2011). The Sony Tablet S Leather Case is available for pre-order from Sony for $99 which should be available on or about the 16th of September. Not only is this case designed to perfectly fit your tablet, it of course protects the Sony S from scratches, dirt and dust. It also has a whole for the camera. You can also pick this case up at Amazon but last checked its out of stock, ordering now might be good idea, either way there is time to wait.
Another cool feature are the remote control features, you can connect to 50 different speakers theoretically. The speaker in the video and the other accessories will be here on TNN soon, be sure to bookmark the page.
