S2 Renamed: Sony Tablet P

Sony is covering all their bases with the design of the recently renamed S2 Sony Tablet. Meet the P, the Sony Tablet P. So far there is no fixed release date to this unique tablet. Unique for the simple fact that after using the Sony P you can fold it up and slip it into your pocket. The Tablet P features two 5.5-inch 1024×800 displays, powered by a 1GHz nVidia Tegra 2 processor, dual 5MP cameras, an HSPA+ radio, 3,080mAh battery, 4GB of internal storage and a full-sized SD card slot. By the time the unit ships, it will be equipped with Android 3.2. This tablet also includes the gamers. A portable PlayStation.

Sony Tablet P

The split-screen design is ideal for gaming, with the controls displayed on the bottom screen and the game on the top. Like Sony’s other Android tablet, the S1, the S2 is PlayStation certified, meaning it will be compatible with PlayStation games available through the Android Market. So just imagine yourself sitting in the park playing PlayStation, multi-tasking, or surfing the net with the Sony P Android tablet’s rear-facing camera you can still capture the moment. Wi-Fi, DLNA, Bluetooth and GPS connectivity, and will also be offered in a 3G version. A range of optional accessories includes a cradle, AC adapter, LCD screen protector, carrying case and USB adapter cable for Sony Tablet S devices, and a rechargeable battery pack, AC adapter, LCD screen protector, carrying case and detachable panels for Sony Tablet P devices.
