We have reported about the Renault Frenzy a while back. Today we were at International Motorshow in Frankfurt, Germany to see the first Car to have a tablet integrated in action. Well not actually driving it but we took a closer look at the car itself and of course the tablet that Renault has integrated into their new Concept Car. Renault has been working with RIM to implement the Blackberry Playbook into Car controlling and supporting features like Navigation, Music, RFID and much more. There is also a 37 inch Monitor built in the sliding doors of the right backseat which is meant to have ads displayed on it. These ads can easily be changed via the Playbook. You can also just display a message like “Be back in 5 min.”, your phone number, web address and much more. To see how the future looks like for Renault be sure to check out the video below with some exclusive footage of the Renault Frenzy taken at the IAA – Internationale Automobil Ausstellung (International Automobile Exhibition) in Frankfurt Germany.
The Renault Frenzy is a Concept Car, meaning that this is car will never go into production but shows the world how it could be done.
