At IDF yesterday Intel flashed a Medfield based Android tablet. Andy Rubin briefly showed it off on stage but it was difficult to get a hand on it. According to CarryPad it has an NFC label on its back. Below is a photo of its sibling. Hopefully in the near future we will be able to do a hands-on with it.

Intel has said that it will work on building Android support into its products and will be joined by the Android team in their effort to fuse Intel’s processor with their operating system. The two companies have announced plans to optimize future Android builds with Intel’s Atom CPUs.
