We have been talkin about the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 since earlier this year. In February Samsung said the device will be launched soon. The Samsung 10.1 Galaxy Tab been officially announced at the Keynote CTIA 2011. That’s we’re Samsung let the pubilic view the new design – the thickness shrunk from 10.9 mm to 8.6 mm. It feels very thin and light!

We found this video from an pre-Google IO event in San Francisco, where the folks from androidcentral got his hands on an actual turned on Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. Looks like it definitely reacts a little faster than the by now well known Motorola Xoom. Also it is lighter and thinner than the Xoom.
Samsung getting serious – the new Galaxy Tab 10.1 hitting stores June 8. Now it appears like their marketing teams are now looking to once again shake up interest in the 10.1-inch tablet.
